Sr. Product Manager

The senior product manager will be a key member of the ThinkWhy product innovation team with a vital responsibility for ensuring our products serve and exceed the needs of our clients. Reporting to the chief analyst, you will be responsible for setting the strategy of what products to launch based on commercial value. To be successful in this role, the senior product manager will need to carry products through the entire lifecycle and work with cross-functional teams to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS product management, has developed value-based pricing strategies, and can build a strong team to execute the product roadmap. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves professional who excels and flourishes in a quickly changing and high-performance startup environment.


• Identify current product enhancements and innovations to grow market share
• Lead a team that improves customer experience and drives growth of feature adoption
• Define product pricing and positioning strategies
• Build and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps
• Create buy-in for the product vision
• Drive product launches, working with cross-functional business units
• Monitor competitive and talent technology trends

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with time in Senior or Director roles
• BA in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of Agile or other SDLC methodologies
• Experience in all stages of the product life cycle
• Good organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
